Assistant Instructor is a very important role within any club, but sadly one that is frequently over looked.
During this course candidates will understand the importance of their role, the tasks that are involved, and how they can further their development within this role.
We will look at theoretical approaches to coaching, before running a series of scenarios created to tests their learning whilst providing practical learning opportunities.
This course is an introduction to the Instructor Training Programme which was developed by Matt Law who holds a Bachelor's of Science with Honours Degree in Sport, Fitness, and Coaching with a focus on Sports Psychology from the Open University.
Candidates will be provided with a feedback form which will be emailed to them post visit, as well as a Certificate of Attendance.
Also check out our products for 'Assistant Instructor Patches' that can be added to this course.
