Resilience in Motion Event

Resilience in Motion Event

Join us on Saturday 19th September as we explore self-discovery through practical workshops, music therapy, and holistic rituals. Our aim is to equip you with tools that can help you navigate this ever changing world, and yourself within it.

We will be looking at awareness, boundary setting and maintaining, self-regulation, confidence building, recuperation, and healing practices. All of these tools will be able to be practised and used in your daily lives, meeting the dynamic demands that may be placed upon you, helping you build Resilience In Motion.

We have three wonderful facilitators from different backgrounds who will be guiding you through the day, providing guidance, insights, and practices to aid you in discover yourself again and your place in this world.

Participants will be welcomed into a safe space, which will be curated and maintained by our resident Holistic Healing Specialist Fran Charlton. They will then be led throughout the day in practical scenario based learning sessions, which highlight fundamental self-awareness and defence techniques, led by our Tactical Adviser Matthew Law. After each input the thoughts and emotions around each theme will be explored further using group drumming activites, developed and directed by Music Therapy Consultant Elk Burland.

The day will run from 10:00hrs - 17:00hrs, with lunch (not provided) and a short break in the afternoon. However participants are welcome to arrive from 09:30hrs to sign in and relax in the space before we officially start. Participants will also be invited to join the Facilitators for a coffee afterwards, at ‘The Fig Tree’ for an informal chat and harmony.

Tickets are currently at the Early Bird Price of £75.00, this will raise on the 8th August 2026. They are only available here;
